This annex explains the specific eligibility, sponsorship, funding and application requirements for Canadian applicants in the ERDERA Clinical Trial Call.

This annex sets out the eligibility criteria, sponsor requirements, funds management rules, and application steps that apply to Canadian applicants requesting funding from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) within the ERDERA Clinical Trial Call (ECTC). It explains who is eligible, the requirement for an EU or Norwegian legal sponsor, how CIHR and ERDERA central funding are managed for Canadian partners, and the Stage 3 submission requirements for Canadian applicants.
