This webinar on how to pitch to investors is part of ERDERA’s investment readiness activities, developed to help participants communicate their projects clearly and persuasively to potential funders.
It is the first in a series of Public webinars delivered under the Public-Private Collaboration Accelerator (PPCA), which supports researchers and innovators working on rare disease projects in engaging effectively with investors. The webinar will bring together two complementary perspectives: a joint interview with an academic researcher and a Venture Builder, who will share their experience of working together over the past three years, followed by a roundtable with VCs to discuss what investors look for when assessing early-stage projects.
Who should attend
This webinar is intended for researchers working on rare disease translational projects within academia, a hospital, or an early-stage start-up, as well as clinicians developing a therapeutic solution, target or advanced concept who require strategic support to reach the next milestone. It is equally relevant to academics and SMEs seeking guidance, resources and partners to strengthen their project’s path towards patients.
